This model needs work

The pad was very sensitive when using single one finger touch representing a single mouse click. I spoke to and received a case ID from a HP Tech representative. I was told I was not the only one that had this issue and they were going to " get more details on the resolution for the Synaptics Touchpad driver issue" an that it was of great concern to their engineers. The said a high level engineer would call me back when the had a resolution. That was Feb. 15, 2019. it is now Feb. 26 with no further response from HP. I took the HP computer back and bought a Lenovo Yoga.
