Waited till I had used it a while. Worked great for 18 months and now the battery is failing.

Bought this to use on days I work remotely. It works for that but I really really really dislike Windows 10 .

Horrible picture. Slow. Where else do I go from there. I don't even want to continue. Last time buying HP. This should be a very good laptop per the specs, but I this is quite possibly the worst laptop I have ever owned. If you can buy it on clearance or someone gives you one then maybe it is okay, but I don't recommend purchasing on sale or normal price.

Great to have a new faster computer. Staff were helpful with choosing a laptop specific to our needs.

Nice desktop replacement. Has priblems with graphics sometimes. Overall good buy.

Very basic product. Maybe a little expensive for what it has. Is not an intel computer, so expect a slowly computer. Not recommended for work, if you are thinking on get it, should be for a student or so.

This laptop's chassis, keys, way it opens and closes all feel very low quality. The screen isn't very impressive. This computer gets the job done fairly well but wish its build quality was better.

I had to return this because it was so darned slow. Purchased it for our business but when customers were waiting and waiting, that was the the deal breaker.

They told me I could get help with learning by email or calling till I learned it I could get no help just a constant sending me to someone else

Computer is great except for that it crashed within 3 weeks of purchase. Hoping for a better outcome this time

I really really like this laptop. For the amount of money your spending and the performance you get, I would reccomend this laptop for anyone, especially students such as myself. Pros: -Great multitasking performance, I can have word open, running about 10 different tabs, and listen to spotify in the background and there is no hick ups whatsoever in performance -The APU is this system in suprisingly powerful. (APU is a CPU and GPU combination for all you not so techy folks out there) so it can actually do some light gaming. -Although I wish the keyboard was light up, the screen at night is more than enough to see all the keys plus I really like the keyboard. And that's coming from someone that used a $120 mechanical keyboard. -All around great performance in every aspect. Cons: The battery life isn't great but I suspect that's because of the higher performance APU. All in all that Laptop is super great and i would reccomend it to anyone.

This computer was defective from the day I purchased it. It had a defect with the battery. The battery would go down and the computer would shut down. I had to wait one to two hours for the battery to charge before I could use it again. There were so many problems with this computer. Do Not Purchase.

not happy with DVD player,you have to up grade and i just bought this.Computer.

Not the laptop that I wanted. High pressure salesman talked me into it.

I brought it home last night and as soon as I started it, it said it had a cooling fan that wasn't working properly. So I wasn't thrilled with this purchase. Now I have to go back Best Buy to exchange this laptop.
