I purchase this laptop to work from home . It Crashed after 7 days

Bought this Hp this past week, as I lost another Qvc Hp computer due to hinges that were not strong enough to support it. This has touch screen, a must for me, but not keyboard lights. Of the two, touch is more important to me. Storage is plenty for me, as all I store is pictures. Plenty fast and very light weight. Worth the purchase price, as it is marked down now.

It has been a very reliable laptop for a good few years. However, the battery is starting to drain faster and not hold its charge like it used to. But for the price and everything else it has been solid. I had a Dell before and it was the same way so………..

Absolutely love it! Touch screen is awesome, love the keyboard, computer is very fast. Extremely happy with my purchase.

I love this Laptop Computer. Three years and it still works like new. Touch screen is awesome and the internal speakers are the best I have ever heard in a laptop. I also like the hard outer shell on the laptop - feels very solid. I think Lenovo makes an excellent laptop computer.

I wanted to like this laptop. It claims to have 8.5 hours of battery life, but I've had it for less than two weeks and I'm lucky to get 2-3 hours before the battery is drained. I only use it for web browsing and Microsoft office. Nothing heavy like gaming or even streaming. I've tried all the common suggestions - battery saver on, change power plan, lower brightness etc. and nothing different. When I run a battery check it says it passes. This is the first HP I have ever had and will definitely be the last. It's definitely going back unless someone can tell me how to get the battery to last more than a couple hours. I can use my six year old laptop and have the battery last longer than this brand new HP. Extremely disappointed

I got this computer for $399 which is a great deal for the specs (ssd, 8GB, dvd player, touchscreen). The price seems to bounce around between $399 and $479 so watch for sales. Set up was quick and easy. I was surprised that software to play dvds is not included in Windows 10. They "offer" software for $59. But I installed freeware from the internet (VLC media software) and it seems to work well though so far the image is not quite what I hoped for, but I've only tried one disk so far.

Nice and perfect size - Fast. Could be a bit lighter but then again it would have cost more $$$....Happy so far.

Replaced my HP that windows 10 crashed with this model. HP beefed up the hinges and it is lighter. Very noisy. Can here the fan running much louder that my last HP.

I have had other HP laptops and have been happy with them. This laptop has everything that I was looking for in a laptop. It was on sale for a good price.

Only thing I was surprised by was the fact that this laptop Does not have dual band card. I think that’s a huge con in this laptop!

Cheap finish, terrible 1366x768 display, small SSD. The keyboard even feels cheap when compared to similarly priced Dells just across from it. It has a Ryzen 2500u with integrated graphics, but the graphics performance is terrible. I really couldn't tell a difference between this and my friends' HP they picked up for $220 a few weeks back apart from the (small) SSD. I was able to find an HP that was better than this in every way minus a touch screen, including a FHD display for $399 at another retailer. If you want a laptop to pull out and have your tech savvy friends say "You overpaid for what you got" buy this laptop at full price. You won't be disappointed.

Poor quality. I have to buy another computer due to the quality and the cost is not worth it.

The computer is so slow it cannot even open pictures off SD cards. My tablet and even my phone can open and view the pictures no problem, but this computer just thinks about it for a long time. I have tried to work with HP to repair it. They even took the computer in, but it is still doing the same, so I have to assume this is their normal. They refuse to replace it, so I am stuck with a laptop that can only perform very basic functions. I bought this computer based on the recommendation by the Best Buy employee, but I will never purchase another HP product. I am extremely disappointed. My computer in the 90s performed better than this.

I bought this a month ago and EXACTLY one month later the motherboard FAILED. Tried to take it back to BestBuy but no luck. Have to go thru HP.
