I wasn't sure as I had an HP years ago and was nothing but trouble. Seems to be good so far. Fast, easy to use and enough bells & whistles for me

I haven't owned a laptop in awhile and I'm pretty pleased with this one. Only downside is storage space but that's what flashdrives are for!

I was looking for a laptop to replace a dino desktop. This one does it all, so happy with the cd drive as I’ve already needed it. Highly recommend for ease of use, speed and performance.

I love the computer. The touch screen is the most cool thing about it. It is also the perfect size. Not too little and not too big. I would definitely recommend it to frie ds and family.

I’m very pleased so far, this is the second computer I bought from Best Buy. I’m happy with this one but the first one was a gift that never worked it was a opened box item that was returned. I’m very unhappy about that one I took it back three times not good. I took it to a computer technician and he fixed it it for 450.00 I could have brought a new one So I learned not to trust out of box deals it was probably returned for the same reason. P S not happy with the first one but I for gave you for that one just hard to get over.

Exactly what I needed without the cost being too much. Really would prefer that the keyboard light up, but it's usable. Love the number keyboard on the right and the touch screen is good especially when my dog wants to sit close.

I have been using this laptop for work. It has it all from Word to the DVD/ CD reader. The memory capability is great for me to download contracts..etc. It’s also touch which is cool.

I have buy all my kids laptops at best buy. I always get the best deal for my money. This was perfect for my son. Easy to use and it was exactly what he want. Thank you best buy

This is the best bang for the buck. My lap top is for home use. I am not running a business out of my home so this is more than adequate. The touch screen is a nice added touch.

I received a new computer because I added the insurance when I bought it. My son love the computer is touch screen. He used the computer for the school. Thanks for everything.

This is my 2nd experience with an HP touch screen and am enjoying it. I've had a couple of HP laptops in the past and this is a good progression. I am very pleased thus far!

Fairly easy to get started on this. I am new to Windows 10 so that took some adjustment. A lot of pop up windows with messages to do this or do that that I don't really want, but overall I am happy with the computer.

Like this laptop - thin profile, touch screen and disc drive (so glad I didn't need to buy a separate one!). I don't know much about computers but I thought it would be a little faster. Overall, glad I purchased it.

This works great and is an excellent value. It does everything I need it to do and more. The graphics are great for movies and the touch screen is great! Would buy again!

it may be a bit more than I need but I`m glad I went with the upgrade. I love the touchscreen and I`m quite anxious to explore the other options that this item offers

The computer loads fast and has a touch screen. I work from home and it gets the job done. The only thing is that it wasn't connecting to my Wifi during the initial set up and I had to take it to Geek Squad.

So much faster and easier to use than my old Dell laptop. Not as many bells and whistles, but does all that I need it to do. Hope it lasts as long as my old Dell.

This has been a great buy so far. There are many good qualities. BIg keypads on keyboard, nice size screen and easy to use. For the price point I am very pleased.

I'm very happy with my purchase so far. I transfer a lot of files from various cameras & cards and this laptop does great. I also really like the touchscreen :)

This was an open box laptop. It was brand new. It works very well. The price and functionality is phenomenal. I would recommend checking out open box products.
