The purchase was for my daughter for back-to-school. From a usefulness perspective, for the specs themselves, the laptop is doing what it says it can do. However, from the OS side of things, she has experienced some glitchy behavior, namely one boot up reinitiated an attempt to re-add MSO365 for free. Odd, in that, during the initial setup, we declined it then. Other than that, she has not experienced anything bad. The touch-screen is good and the responsiveness from the keys are nice.

This was my second HP purchase. I like the brand. It is consistent and runs fast. The display is very clear. I have this for over a year and it is still as good as new. No complaints whatsoever.

I love this laptop. It's super fast, I love the fingerprint recognition and the bluetooth connection! This laptop is a wonderful value and affordably priced. I highly recommend it!

Got this laptop for my mother in law who was using a 15 year old MacBook. She wanted to go back to a PC, and she loves it. It's fast, does everything she needs, and the screen is good. Good combination of a quality CPU and RAM. Be aware that it ships in Windows S mode, so you can only install apps from the windows store. This can be turned off so it works like any other PC, but once you do you can't go back.

Love this Laptop! I don't really care for Intel Processors so this AMD laptop is Great! Fast, Reliable, Not a problem!

Really easy to set up, it works great! My cousin needed a new laptop specially now that everything is online and this laptop is a laptop with features needed for online classes. It already had zoom installed which made everything easy. I had to purchase Microsoft separately but overall this was a good purchase. I would recommend this laptop for anyone that is looking for a touch screen laptop.

Bought this for my son to take to college. Was really happy with the price. The SSD gives it great performance and so far he really seems to like it.

Great computer but I'm returning it because the keys are so hard to see. The color of the keys need to have more contrast with the actual lettering or at the very least, be backlit so the print stands out. I'm really disappointed that I have to return it. I was looking forward to this one.

Outstanding little laptop for the price. SSD is lightning fast to boot, processor can handle a lot going on at the same time, and it’s a sharp looking machine. Only had it a couple weeks so can’t attest to its longevity yet but first impressions are good.

I love this computer. The setup was simple and quick after the necessary updates took place. About a day after I set it up, I received the beta update for Windows 11 and it is pretty cool looking. The only drawback I would say is that the keyboard needs to have a backlight, because the letters are rather faint. Also, the battery life could be better.

I recommend this computer if you are going to be using it for daily emails and simple work tasks related to Microsoft Office Programs. Its light weight and I love that it is touch screen. Sound system could be better. It gets slow once in a while but nothing that may interrupt your daily tasks.

I bought this laptop about 4 weeks ago and I really liked it. It has amazing graphics the sound is loud even on a low setting and there is much more that I love about it. It can handle very graphic games, web calls such as Zoom or Webex. This computer is really light in weight and has a very sleek finish. So I would highly recommend this laptop. 10/10
