For a quick explanation each series of the Ryzen processors has different Radeon GPU's specific to that series. The 4000 series is the one in this laptop and the benchmark for this is faster than many other GPUs and can compete against entry level dedicated video cards such as the NVIDIA GeForce MX series. A: Hello,HP and Compaq power adapters are setup for World Wide voltage and frequency specs. They do no require any power conversion. Plugging our adapters into any sort of power converter may cause the adapter to malfunction. The only adapter needed to use our AC adapter in a foreign country is a plug adapter to make the plug fit the wall receptacle.Thank you for being an HP customer!
