It was easy to set up and down load what I wanted. It is a very clear and sharp picture. I like the fingerprint function. It is a nice size for what I need.

Not my favorite

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So, coming from a Dell laptop for over 10 years that I still love but the screen was failing...This HG is not my favorite and I have considered returning...I do not like the keyboard; metal, the feel is "off" the finger cups aren't as deep..also, when pressing the power button the actual turn on delay is longer than I care for. Otherwise all other functions and speed are acceptable

Happy with it

Has good speed. No they all do at the beginning. I really only didn’t give it a five star because I don’t like the feel of the keyboard as well as other keyboards I have used. And I’m old fashioned, so I still wish there would be a CD player in it. But other than that, I’m very happy with it.

If I could return it I would. The finger print passcode doesn’t always work. The computer doesn’t come on as fast as it should. It wasn’t easy to set up. The battery doesn’t last at all. I have to leave the laptop plugged in.

Great Product

Lightweight and has plenty of USB ports, but no ethernet port. I don't use it for gaming, so the video card capability is not reviewed. I have used HP laptops for years and they have never disappointed me.
