Okay never did I imagine that this screen would be this big! Yay! I can finally see what I’m doing. And also it has a 10 key pad. Bookkeeping girl here. That is such an added value!

I love the computer, just didn't like the process of getting my office 360. Q screw up with the email I didn't get for the office 360. Several calls and on line chat to Best buy, finally got strengthen out.

I must say I have always been an HP person. So far so good I won’t complain

Easy to setup. Disappointed it had no CD/DVD drive. I am still learning all of the new features. The one drive help me to establish a strong network within my hone. I would recommend to friends and students.

Great pricing and reliable on an open box laptop. Nice size touchscreen. Purchased an open box laptop 5 years ago for myself and one for my niece in June of 2021.

I really like this laptop , it is fast and very worth the money . I just wish the screen was brighter . It is at the highest setting and it is still pretty dark but over all worth the money .

I'm not certain if it's user error or the laptop but this computer seems to be slower than my previous computer. Otherwise it works great so far.

I just got my computer in the mail. It is beautiful, great in size but my problem is the computer screen is flickering really bad and I have no idea how to make it stop! Help please?
