I have had it for a year and I use it daily, I bought it with some doubts, because the price was not high, but this laptop has exceeded my expectations, it has not given me any problems, it works fast, good volume, bright colors, And what I find most useful is its touch screen, also the size of the screen is perfect, and it is not very heavy, which makes it very practical when it comes to always carrying it with me, highly recommended

Boiught this for my mother for Mothers Day. She needed a new one. It was super easy to set up and she give great reviews for how fast it is. Searched a few computers and for the money to the spec, this seemed to be a great deal. She basically uses it to send e-mail, surf the net and use word and editing software for crafts. So way more that what she ever would use it for but it makes her happy and me happy that she has something new with windows 11.

I have had Great pleasure with all of the HP’s that I have bought, although lacking in substance only 8g of ram and a small 500gb hard drive was a little disappointing, on the upside I was able to increase my ram to 24 gigs, I will also install a Samsung 900 pro 2TB internal SSD.

Great laptop can’t complain! Has good battery life doesn’t freeze been using it to watch videos play games. Great screen size to watch movies!

I purchased this laptop for work. Everything works as advertised. I use this mainly for my catering position. Has lots of storage for photos. I have all of the Microsoft Word 365 office suite. I also use it for ordering very streamlined. It is lightweight so I can carry it with me wherever I go. The touchscreen works perfectly. However, I don’t use it often as I use my mouse. Overall, I love this laptop. It does exactly what I need it to and makes my job streamline.

The laptop has a decent battery life. The touchscreen is a great feature. It is easy to use. The screen size is large. If it just had a baklit keyboard it would be perfect.

I previously had the lenovo thinkpad. The graphics were terrible and it was slow. It became even slower after working from home and the software slowed it down. Even after having that software removed, a turtle was faster. This laptop is very fast. I run my own business from home and this laptop does exactly what I need and more. The graphics are amazing. I accidentally touched the screen and realized that it was also a touch screen which is a huge plus. The processor is very fast. Web pages download very quickly.

My old machine was 12 yrs old. This one is light weight. Fast response. Battery life appears good so far. Overall a very nice machine.

Great laptop, not to heavy and easy to set up. Nice wide touch screen. Great laptop for the price.

Decent for the price. Bought for my son for freshman year in college. Up until now everything has been done on a chrome book using Google classroom. Get to college and guess what? All teachers want Microsoft office. Can convert to word docs but takes time and margins and fonts still don’t line up quite right. This gets the job done. Not super fast, but that’s ok he has time to check his work. Touch screen is a nice feature.

Good laptop for the price. Windows 11 is fantastic, personally would like a bit more internal hard drive space. Runs smooth. Lightweight. Easy to get started.
