The touch screen Is. Perfect and It Is very fast and light battery Is super good

I picked this out for my boyfriend a couple of years ago and it still works really well. It doesn’t overheat or randomly turn off. The battery is still strong and lasts a couple days without being put on the charger. He does a lot of online research and watches twitch and youtube and it plays it all with no problem. The touchscreen still works. Take care of your laptop and it will take care of you. If you are looking for a new laptop, I always recommend a starting spec of 8gb of RAM. Hope this helps!

I purchased this computer for a friend who has memory problems. It was simple to set up with icons that he can easily identify. I like size and the quality of the images displayed. Since I purchased this computer only several months ago I cannot speak to its longevity, but it seems to be well-made, and I would recommend it to a student or other computer user who is looking for a reasonably priced machine.

Bought my "open box" computer & I just love it - much faster than my old computer. Even though the screen is a little smaller, it is crystal clear! It was more difficult to set up than the Geek Squad told me it would be, but I had a friend & another computer work it all out within 48 hrs of purchase. And, most of all, I love the touch screen! Saves me a lot of mouse clicks. THX, Best Buy!!!

Being in college and having to use a reliable computer with a reliable source is very hard to find, but HP and Windows have never let me down, the screen is big enough to stretch end to end, runs very well with multiple windows open, and very easy to access files. The battery works really well, last for a long duration of time, and travel easy. Great for business use, school, or personal.

I would definitely recommend the HP Envy 15.6" laptop to everyone. A product purchased 3 years ago and still working well as if I just purchased. All the features, the size the keyboard feel are great. I would not hesitate to purchase again should I need a second latop.

I actually bought 2 of these! The first was for my daughter to use for school. She loved it so much that I bought a second one for my father in law. It’s very straightforward and easy to use. Does everything you need it to. I’ve found the touch screen is an added bonus for my father in law as he has a hard time controlling the cursor. I definitely recommend

Great screen love the touch screen, best price, had the best customer service at best buy every time i go there ,the H/P Is great but not sure if i like Microsoft because why do you need to pay for everything to add to your software and had to purchase a C/D player then you need the driver to play movies somethings you can just use you cell phone for without paying any more.
