Nice laptop for the price. The keys sound thin but is manageable.

The screen display is sub optimal. It’s not sharp and the colors are muted. But for the $350 price it works fine. I’ll be returning it for a better model.

It’s a nice little laptop, but it could have a nicer keyboard.

Only problem is the keyboard. It is hard to read the numbers and letters

Its failry inexpensive but it felt very cheap. The keys felt very fragile and the board itself could be pushed down very easy. The picture quality was great and I did like the size and weight. However, I did return it and got something else.

I dont know much,about computers but i like it so,far.

This is a very good laptop, i bought it for my 13 year old son. He loves it.

i purchased this laptop on may 23, 2023 for $441. in the first year, it was working perfectly well (aside from the fact that the fan gets too loud sometimes). however, sometime in june this year, the fan in the laptop stopped working. due to this, my laptop would overheat badly only within two to five minutes and lag to the point where the laptop wasn’t even usable. i barely used it after this, but when i did (which was only about three times to watch a movie), i began to point a mini fan towards the laptop’s ventilation when i had to use it which perfectly helped. my laptop did not overheat or lag. when i tried to turn it on again last week, the screen froze immediately upon typing my password. i tried to turn my laptop off, but it did not work. closing the laptop also did not work, since it would show a frozen screen when you opened it again. i left it closed until the next day, when i tried to turn it on again. however, this time, it did not turn on at all despite me holding the button and trying to click it multiple times. just a pitch black screen. it was a very nice laptop while it lasted, but i expected it to last way longer considering i purchased this for almost the full price of $441. i would not recommend purchasing this laptop, especially for heavy daily usage for school or college. stick with a laptop that doesn’t need a fan or at least has a good quality fan that will last for more than a year. very disappointed.

I had a lil trouble setting up but over all i love this laptop.

Battery doesn’t hold up for long but other than that I love it.

A little smaller than previous laptop, (17”),but trying to adapt.

Still working on it and will be better in a couple of months.

It gets the job done for a mid basic laptop. Would recommend

System works good but sometime system run pretty slow.

it's perfect! I love it it works great, I just need to ad ad remover on it so the ads don't distract me for what I am doing. HP's are wonderful! I would recommend this laptop to everyone!

Didn't realize this keyboard was not backlit. Nice machine.

I purchased this for my CIS course. Works great and gets the job done.

I like HP products so the new laptop is very similar to my old one, larger screen but no lighted keys. For a peck and hunt guy, I miss that for dark situations.

seems easy enough considering i am gadjets etc illiterate.
