HP Touchscreen Laptop nice buy

Screen is incredible, picture quality is fantastic, sufficiently fast and quiet. She loves it.

Pretty good but sissy had problems

Good for basic needs

I’m a computer science major so I need a laptop with more capabilities so I returned it. I might be a good computer for someone else but it wasn’t for me.

It didn't do multiple display the way wife needed it to. I learned that is something you have to look for if you are planning on docking your laptop to use as a desktop sometimes.

Kind of sceptical now

Got it home charged and began process of setting up. Immediately after setup, all types of screens started popping up. None dealing with set up. Didn't even give me time to look and see what was coming up. After a few minutes, I was able to shut it down, and thought I'd try the next day. Initially I thought it would be fine, but after about 5 minutes, the same thing happened. Too many screens popping up again. After about 5 minutes, I decided to return it to the store. When asked about why it would do that and questioning whether it was refurbished due to the low price; the technician said that it was not, and that it would have a sticker if it was refurbished. Requested my money back instead of taking a chance on getting another. I had been looking at this one, for a while before deciding to purchase.
