I bought this computer for my kids and they loved it..

Haven’t had much time with it yet but so far so good.

I buy this product at Best Buy store WOW! have amazing colors in the display wallpaper and is touch screen monitor. Is the perfect laptop for personal,bussiness and more.

It's a good laptop but within the first two months of having it something happened I don't know if it's a virus or something the computer screen was super so I have to take it to get repaired but it is a good laptop

The people were nice, but things were a bit frustrating. I was told I should buy a USB cord for my printer that I did not need. It is fine because I brought it back. Not everything loaded into my computer, and I was told afterwards they do not load programs. I was not told this at the time of purchase. The Geek Squad was unable to MAP my rochester.rr email account with 365. Come to find out, they were not doing it right. They were not adding the POP server info when trying to MAP it. Thank God for Google and a good friend that helped.

Hard to use Low Lighting- It is not user friendly Lots of pop-ups

I am happy with the laptop. It is just for email and bills.

i purchased this laptop on may 23, 2023 for $441. in the first year, it was working perfectly well (aside from the fact that the fan gets too loud sometimes). however, sometime in june this year, the fan in the laptop stopped working. due to this, my laptop would overheat badly only within two to five minutes and lag to the point where the laptop wasn’t even usable. i barely used it after this, but when i did (which was only about three times to watch a movie), i began to point a mini fan towards the laptop’s ventilation when i had to use it which perfectly helped. my laptop did not overheat or lag. when i tried to turn it on again last week, the screen froze immediately upon typing my password. i tried to turn my laptop off, but it did not work. closing the laptop also did not work, since it would show a frozen screen when you opened it again. i left it closed until the next day, when i tried to turn it on again. however, this time, it did not turn on at all despite me holding the button and trying to click it multiple times. just a pitch black screen. it was a very nice laptop while it lasted, but i expected it to last way longer considering i purchased this for almost the full price of $441. i would not recommend purchasing this laptop, especially for heavy daily usage for school or college. stick with a laptop that doesn’t need a fan or at least has a good quality fan that will last for more than a year. very disappointed.

Affordable laptop for people who have medial needs.

Good solid laptop for the money. Does everything I need.

Good for small programs, not good for big programs.

Battery life is terrible. Resolution/Color /picture very outdated . Nice size for traveling . Processor speed is not as fast as advertised.

Naturally, Intel core i5 which i had before, is better than i3. This computer is much slower. I constantly get offline notification when I attempt to print. The charge cord constantly falls out of it's slot. Overall, very disappointed. May return.

Ok full disclosure, last time I purchased a computer was 2012! I chose this HP for several reasons, size, touch screen, and price. I am very pleased overall.
