Touch Sreen Laptop Conversion

I was told I should buy a USB cord for my printer that I did not need. It is fine because I brought it back. Not everything loaded into my computer, and I was told afterwards they do not load programs. I was not told this at the time of purchase. The Geek Squad was unable to MAP my rochester.rr email account with 365. Come to find out, they were not doing it right. They were not adding the POP server info when trying to MAP it. Thank God for Google and a good friend that helped.

Disappointed

This computer is much slower. I constantly get offline notification when I attempt to print. The charge cord constantly falls out of it's slot. Overall, very disappointed. May return.

It's sufficient school work but that's about it. Be mindful of the Windows OS. It comes preinstalled with version S, which means there are limited functionality.

Not running smoothly

Sometimes I'll be typing something, and it will freeze for a split second and what I've typed will be gone. Not sure if it's some program running in the background or what but it's not good.
