Great price on a good computer. Keyboard is a bit on the flimsy side and the display is not at clear as some of their others but over all good product.

Love this laptop. Easy to set up and has great features. Very fast connection. Would definitely purchse again.

My laptop worked up until the mousepad didn’t and now it is taking forever to get it fixed with Geek Squad saying the warranty is only with the manufacture etc.

I’m pleased with the HP Touch Screen laptop and it is a good choice for Seniors because it is simple to use.

You cannot see the letters on the keyboard very well. Plus the speakers are horrible. Cannot understand what is being said especially watching movies. Disappointed

it’s average I use it just so I can have a personal laptop but now I’m thinking because I play a lot of games it doesn’t meet the graphic requirements that’s needed for most games

Enjoyed using this laptop, so much better than the Acer laptop I previously used. However, when powered on laptop, the screen went black & had to restart it to reboot.

Love the touch screen ability and the ease of using the keyboard.

The laptop works great - the keyboard is quiet, the screen display is clear and the speed is very fast.

Laptop seems good. Storage is good, I uploaded a lot from my cloud: only issue is - only certain applications will download. No traditional ACROBAT etc.

Unfortunately I've only had it a little over a year and I can't use it. The screen glitches and I can't even use the keypad during the occurrence. I have to force the power off, turn it back on and without even touching it, it goes back to glitching out. If I do touch the screen or laptop it gliches.

I would like to know if this laptop can use Face ID because when I try set it up the system says that “we couldn’t find a camera compatible with this device”

Overall I really like the HP laptop. I’ve had one before so the transition to the new laptop was simplistic. However I am considering taking it back to exchange fo something else. The lettering on the keys is very light against the silver color of the device. Makes it hard to read.

It would be nice if the normal things like word and excel came on this and you didnt have to purchase them thats the main thing kids use on the computer for school

I bought five of these for employees and myself. At this price point, it’s hard to beat. No issues so far.

This was bought as an urgent replacement. It works well. The speed is sufficient. The down side is the screen resolution isn’t great and the keyboard is not backlit

Bought with Windows 10 (which we wanted) clearly shown on listing, but it came with Windows 11 (which we didn't want! Otherwise seems to be working fine, but hate 11.

The thing thinks it knows what you want to do. I want to use crome not edge.Something about edge I just don't like. Excel is much harder to use in 11 than 7. Cant read the letters unless you are on top of it. Bought a dell from best buy many years ago and love it. should have bought another. IT don't want to work with my printer a Canon MX492
