Laptop lasted me about 2 and a half years. Loud fans. The touch pad sometimes glitches. Not durable at all. Often needs to be charged. But besides that it was on the cheaper side and got the job done

Great price on a good computer. Keyboard is a bit on the flimsy side and the display is not at clear as some of their others but over all good product.

An awesome computer. Has a really fast processor. You can maneuver with a lot of windows open with no problem.

You cannot see the letters on the keyboard very well. Plus the speakers are horrible. Cannot understand what is being said especially watching movies. Disappointed

Laptop seems good. Storage is good, I uploaded a lot from my cloud: only issue is - only certain applications will download. No traditional ACROBAT etc.

Enjoyed using this laptop, so much better than the Acer laptop I previously used. However, when powered on laptop, the screen went black & had to restart it to reboot.

it’s average I use it just so I can have a personal laptop but now I’m thinking because I play a lot of games it doesn’t meet the graphic requirements that’s needed for most games

I would like to know if this laptop can use Face ID because when I try set it up the system says that “we couldn’t find a camera compatible with this device”

I’m pleased with the HP Touch Screen laptop and it is a good choice for Seniors because it is simple to use.

Fast and easy to use, transferred all my music and photos with no problems. Fast connection to internet

it`s a good cheap laptop does what I want not a bad price and I like it especially the touch screen

It would be nice if the normal things like word and excel came on this and you didnt have to purchase them thats the main thing kids use on the computer for school

Barley lasted 2 yrs. RAM error shut down wont turn on.

The laptop works great - the keyboard is quiet, the screen display is clear and the speed is very fast.

This was bought as an urgent replacement. It works well. The speed is sufficient. The down side is the screen resolution isn’t great and the keyboard is not backlit

I've had this computer since August 2023. Driver issues, the mouse pad sucks, the battery time sucks and I'm finally figuring out, HP sucks. Sorry to be uncouth, but this computer has given me nothing but trouble. I keep getting driver error prompts. The mouse gets triggered if any pressure is put on any part below the keyboard. I'll be typing and then my cursor will go wild and end up wherever it wants. Do you know how annoying this is when your job is to write? The Num Lock does not have a light, so I can't tell when it's on or off which causes so many problems. I used to be a huge fan of HP because we had them at my office. This is my 4th HP and aside from one that costed over 2k, the rest have been faulty. After this laptop dies, I'm divorcing HP forever. They've gone down in quality even on their cheapest products. You can't say you're the best when you can't prove it, HP!

Overall I really like the HP laptop. I’ve had one before so the transition to the new laptop was simplistic. However I am considering taking it back to exchange fo something else. The lettering on the keys is very light against the silver color of the device. Makes it hard to read.

The lap top was working fine however since April 6, 2024 it stop working.The power is not switching on
