Awesome computer for a food price. Bought for my wife and she loves it, great for running a business. I love hp, low end to my high end computer there the best and easiest to use!

Works well for my needs: Word docs, email, a little streaming, websites. Fast enough, light weight, numerous functions. Have only had a couple months so cant speak to durability.

I'm very happy with my purchase. It took a bit to get used to not having my hands centered on the keyboard (due to the number pad on the right), especially when using the laptop on my lap. A little bigger than I anticipated, but now I LOVE the screen size. I initially thought it wasn't my ideal but couldn't pass it up with the sale price. After using daily for a month, I can't even remember what my ideal was before purchasing. Battery life could be better, but not a problem since I use it at home so can easily charge it. I use my laptop for personal use and sometimes for work from home. This laptop meets my needs and then some.

I really like this laptop. It's easy to use and the touch screen is great. I've been wanting to cut the mouse cord for a long time and now I can. A great product.

Wow what a deal I got with Best Buy! I am 74 years old and this Laptop is so easy to use! It is very fast and I couldn't be happier! I will recommend Best Buy to my friends.

Great laptop with plenty of storage space, nice look and is not heavy. Love the battery last at least 6 hours.

Love my laptop! East to use, and works like a charm. Only downside is sometimes the screen is hard to see. For the price I paid it was worth it!

I love the light weight of my laptop. The touch screen feature and the screen size is great! The price is the best of all. My previous laptop was also an HP.

I like the laptop, it works pretty fast, the battery life is good, my old HP laptop had a light-up keyboard & I believe every laptop should have that feature and this one does not. That's the only thing I'd change.

It has good speed, images are good in HD and it holds its charge well. It is a good machine for the price.

So far it’s been absolutely amazing, battery lasts me the whole day. The display has been great, and the navigation is quite easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

A great laptop! Easy set up, good speed. It has a 10-key pad on the keyboard which is a rare find. Good size unit/screen. I only was surprised by the "plastic case" - not heavy like before, which has its pros and cons.

I love my new HP laptop. Large screen,Windows 11 and it’s so much faster than my old one plus it’s very easy to use. The touch screen is an added plus.
