I love this laptop. My favorite feature is the touch screen. The set-up was very user friendly. Lightweight, there really isn't anything I don't like about it. Get one!

I love my touch screen computer. It helps me to get my work done faster. It comes with all the latest apps and updates. The price was good compared to other stores I researched.

No problems so far. Seems fast enough to run standard microsoft office and molecular visualization software, touch screen is good for this. Keyboard is a little clunky, text on keys is difficult to see in the dark. Overall happy with the purchase

Everything is great on it I just do wish the keyboard lit up ): but other than that the touch screen is nice super sleek I love it.

Works well for my needs: Word docs, email, a little streaming, websites. Fast enough, light weight, numerous functions. Have only had a couple months so cant speak to durability.

Love my laptop! East to use, and works like a charm. Only downside is sometimes the screen is hard to see. For the price I paid it was worth it!

I really like this laptop. It's easy to use and the touch screen is great. I've been wanting to cut the mouse cord for a long time and now I can. A great product.

I'm very happy with my purchase. It took a bit to get used to not having my hands centered on the keyboard (due to the number pad on the right), especially when using the laptop on my lap. A little bigger than I anticipated, but now I LOVE the screen size. I initially thought it wasn't my ideal but couldn't pass it up with the sale price. After using daily for a month, I can't even remember what my ideal was before purchasing. Battery life could be better, but not a problem since I use it at home so can easily charge it. I use my laptop for personal use and sometimes for work from home. This laptop meets my needs and then some.

Wow what a deal I got with Best Buy! I am 74 years old and this Laptop is so easy to use! It is very fast and I couldn't be happier! I will recommend Best Buy to my friends.

It has good speed, images are good in HD and it holds its charge well. It is a good machine for the price.

I like the laptop, it works pretty fast, the battery life is good, my old HP laptop had a light-up keyboard & I believe every laptop should have that feature and this one does not. That's the only thing I'd change.

So far it’s been absolutely amazing, battery lasts me the whole day. The display has been great, and the navigation is quite easy to use. Would definitely recommend.
