I have not had any problems with this computer. I love the touch screen, the speed is just dine for my needs. The speaker it has a good volume when watching movies.

Pretty good I like the touchscreen but it can be kinda slow at times which is frustrating. It is nice and slim!

Bought this for my wife, she checks a few web pages and uses it for an excel document. It works great for her, she's not a gamer and didn't need an overpowered laptop that would've costed more. For the price and the hardware this was a great deal. It does come with the "S Mode" version of Windows installed, which may be good for some people, I changed it to the standard version. It's a simple thing to do and is common on laptops now.

For our 9yr to have his own laptop for leisure and school work. Beautiful display, easy to use mouse pad. Touch screen is very responsive. A little disappointed in the charger, it stopped work within 6 weeks of using it. I think he only had to use the charger maybe 3 times since he got it for xmas, the charger stayed in the box when not using, never dropped, no noticable damage. Thankfully the charger is covered under the 1yr warranty so that was fine. Over all a really nice computer for his needs. I would not get this computer for someone who games or does a lot of computer work.

This computer is phenomenal! With three ways to control it, you're set for use by touchpad, mouse, or touchscreen. I absolutely love it! The size of that screen is just right --- big enough for working on those spreadsheets and easy to view. The keyboard is also just right --- proper spacing and a great touch make it incredibly responsive when working. This laptop came with more storage than a lot of other computer options. A dream computer for sure! It was worth every penny.

This is my first laptop which i needed due to an old windows 7 model i am using with old work software. basic set-up was quite easy for the non computer savvy. i made an appointment with totaltech to make sure everything was set up correctly and jacorey from the Geek Squad made it right in a few minutes. the HP 15.6" laptop i was told was a good starter model which i am quite satisfied with.
