For the price this is a great touchscreen laptop, speed seems to be right where it should be. All-around happy customer

Computer is what I was expected. It is not too big not too small and fast enough for my daily use

For the money, this HP laptop is real good for a student or light home use. The only problem I had since I ordered online and picked up at the checkout at my nearby Best Buy store is that when downloading apps, it will not download apps not in the Microsoft store. The Geek Squad helped me with this, but it costs $. I think if I had purchased it in the store, I would have been told this and could have avoided an extra trip to the store. Otherwise the computer is very good.

Love that it is touch screen. Speed is great and have not had any issues at all. Works great!

I was looking for a new HP to replace my old 2014 touch screen with Windows 8.1 and this one seems to do the job. I'm loving how smooth Windows 11 runs. I guess once you get updated like this you'll notice big differences. But overall it's a great laptop and you'll get the most out of your hard earned money. Better response with screen touches.

Purchased this laptop for online college and remote wotk purposes. Its worked flawlessly so far and i might be purchasing a second one for another online college student. I dont game or use this for "creating" any type of media. If you need a solid laptop for school, or possibly a remote work computer...this is it.

While this Laptop is impressive, I find the battery life to be lacking. It lasts for brief periods when used intermittently without a charger, but when compared to a MacBook Pro, it falls short. However, the design is well thought out, and the touchscreen is particularly noteworthy, based on the few times I've utilized it. If you're not looking to invest in a flagship laptop like a Mac or a high-end PC, I would recommend this model.
