Overall Really Good but…

It lasts for brief periods when used intermittently without a charger, but when compared to a MacBook Pro, it falls short. However, the design is well thought out, and the touchscreen is particularly noteworthy, based on the few times I've utilized it. If you're not looking to invest in a flagship laptop like a Mac or a high-end PC, I would recommend this model.

Good laptop

As you can imagine, this laptop is used heavily, and I have no complaints. However, as of recently, the battery has started to drain quickly, and the laptop shuts off even when it has half or a little under half of the battery left.

It is fast and it can keep up with my college courses. I will say I am disappointed in the antivirus software that I got for free with the computer. It is not compatible with Microsoft. I don’t understand why I would be offered something that isn’t compatible with the product. Otherwise experience with the sales representatives and staff in the computer is great.

I had one issue where the motherboard and battery stopped working after two months, but because it was still under warranty as a refurbished machine, they shipped it out and got it repaired for me in two weeks, at no cost. It's a great machine, the 8GB ram is DEFINITELY worth it. Don't cheap out on 4GB, it's just not enough anymore. This is a great buy!!!!!
