It is fast and it can keep up with my college courses. I will say I am disappointed in the antivirus software that I got for free with the computer. It is not compatible with Microsoft. I don’t understand why I would be offered something that isn’t compatible with the product. Otherwise experience with the sales representatives and staff in the computer is great.

I had one issue where the motherboard and battery stopped working after two months, but because it was still under warranty as a refurbished machine, they shipped it out and got it repaired for me in two weeks, at no cost. It's a great machine, the 8GB ram is DEFINITELY worth it. Don't cheap out on 4GB, it's just not enough anymore. This is a great buy!!!!!
