I'm not very computer savvy so I have enjoyed learning on a new operating system. Love that its touch screen. Exactly what I need for online class and graphics for sublimation . Love the large screen Highly recommend.

I recently purchased this computer for college & I am so happy that I did! It was a great price, the battery lasts forever & it has been perfect for all of my classes. I definitely recommend this computer!

It works. For roughly $350, considering I was using a Macbook Air from 2015 on its last legs, it's pretty good. Obviously, if you want a more powerful, reliable machine, there are other and better options. But for basic stuff like videos, word processing, and Discord, it's worked fine.

Saw this online and decided to go look at it in the store. Absolutely perfect for what I need and the screen size is so much better than my last laptop. I use it for both work and school and I love it!

Makes working on my laptop much easier. I don't have a desk and can't tie up the counter in the kitchen all day. Previously I was balancing my laptop on two clipboards laid over pillows as I sat in an armchair. The raised portion of the mouse pad area is more of an obstacle then an aid. (see picture) but overall served the purpose I needed.

I really needed this pc in a quick pinch. I’m so grateful that I could purchase a open box, but really nice pc for my new job. BestBuy really came through when I needed them most. Thank you so much, BestBuy!

Bought this laptop back in August. It arrived really quickly. It has performed as expected. It has only been used for Office app so far but not complaints, and it came with Apple tv trial period.

I love the computer it’s great for school work. I don’t really like the quality of the picture it kinda gives android vibes. I think the touch screen was a little extra on my behalf but I do use it most of the time. Overall I give it a 6/10.

This product was well wroth the purchase. It's speed and clarity is awesome. I do a lot of 2D & 3D renderings and graphics is awesome!

Its been awhile since I personally had a new computer. I wish I would have done it sooner. Althoigh not the quickest on the market it is lightyears above my old one and more than sufficient for my job. Im.completely satisfied so far.

It is a wonderful computer. It processes quickly and starts up instantly all for a great price. It is the computer to get if you are looking for a “work” computer.

The computer is what i was expecting, prefer quality ,no scratches dents , its flawless, operation and set as easy as 123.. delivery was on time its a very good purchase, it exceeds my expectations

This laptop has suited my needs. I know that I’m not even using very much of its functionality. The touch screen is awesome. Definitely my favorite feature.

It has been a great computer so far. We use it for school and business. Lightweight, but the keys seem louder than previous HP laptops we've own. Over all happy about the purchase.

This computer works great for the price. Touch screen makes it easier when im tired of using my mouse. Affordable price for a good quality laptop.

While this isn’t necessarily a gaming laptop, it does have a good battery life if you don’t put too much stress on it and has a decent amount of storage for work or school
