This is so far one of my favorite laptops that I have owned. It downloads things pretty quickly and runs very smoothly. It gets the job done without any problems. No regrets whatsoever in this purchase! Highly recommend :)

Its a great value for what I paid. I was easily able to transfer my data from my old laptop to this new one. There are lots of easy to understand features with windows 11. At first I wasnt really sure if I would notice a big improvement. But, there was. I am very happy with this purchase.

The laptop is very nice and perfect size. Very quick operating system. I wasn't familiar with the office program and needing to purchase Microsoft 365, but I did for $69 a year. It's not much to ask for such useful software.

This is a great laptop for students in High School and under, or those who don't require much memory or fancy specs. This Laptop display is great and easy to navigate. I like that it's touchscreen as well. I needed something for my husband who will use it for light work.

needed a new computer for a vacation coming up to do some basic tasks including photo/video storage. i needed something cheap and this fit the bill. works great and best buy had it in stock and at a great price.

Bought this computer for work. I use multiple tabs, word, and excel all at the same time. The screen is big enough that split screen isn't difficult to see all the information that I need. I am very happy with how it works after my old computer that was 10 years old finally died.

Purchased for a friend. A girlfriend of mine wanted a simple laptop for her boyfriend and I helped her get this HP laptop. Both of them like that they can now video chat on a bigger screen than their phones. It was priced right and suits both their needs.

Works great, nice speed, screen is a good size and display is very good. Battery life could be a bit better, some days seems like it does after a short amount of use. Overall it's an excellent laptop with a very responsive touch screen and works well for what i need

I love this computer. The ease of navigation, the fact it comes with lots of memory. If I could change one thing though it would be that I wish it didn’t sign me out every 10 min. Other than that great product.
