Light weight laptop very good for price and everyday use.

The keyboard is easy to read and easy to use. It has the functions I was looking for in a compact unit. Battery life is great. I don't use the touch screen feature so can't comment on that, but I have not been disappointed that I chose this model.

I needed a windows based computer. I Am loving this so far. I just purchased so I haven’t had much time using it but loving the touch screen and love the screen size. I got this to use instead of my Samsung android based computer which I dislike so much!!

ive had this laptop for almost two years now, and its done amazing. i originally bought it for average web surfing and google docs, i ended up getting a job that requires it to run more than its meant to so It does struggle if you try to run three demanding programs at once, but considering its a college grade laptop, im thoroughly impressed and love it.

Excellent for multitasking, a good modern option at an affordable price, the computer also has good resolution, its speed is very acceptable and it works very well for working from home and for school assignments.

Standard Laptop, Light weight but big. good battery life

My mother got this laptop after her older computer started shutting down on her. This laptop works great and is able to get things done. No problems at all! Touchscreen is definitely a plus!

I’m a desktop girl but I needed a laptop for extended travel. Still have to work, right? This laptop is amazing, perfect screen size and speed. I’m not a gamer so can’t speak in that department. It suits my needs just perfectly.

I love my new laptop. The only feature I hate is that in order to download any software that is not in the store, the laptop has to be taken out of S-mode. S mode is a version of Windows 11 that's streamlined for security and performance, while providing a familiar Windows experience. To increase security, it allows only apps from Microsoft Store, and requires Microsoft Edge for safe browsing. I couldn’t even download LeapFrog Connect for my child’s reading device. I understand security, but it was just ridiculous. Once I took the laptop out of S-mode, the laptop has been great!!!

It does exactly what we need for our business solutions. The touch screen makes it easy to navigate and operate. We are actually buying another one. We will have 3.

The HP laptop is very user friendly. Having a touch screen laptop is convenient and makes it is easy to move around the screen or between programs. The support provided is great.

Love my new laptop, easy to transport and use, the only thing that I miss not having on it is the backlight feature. Excellent battery life. Adjusting to screen size, previously had a 17 inch screen. Great price.

The keys are louder than I am used to. I love the touchscreen feature. I needed an affordable laptop for school. This works perfectly. I did get rid of S-Mode as it prevented me from being able to download many things I needed for school.
