This laptop is so nice and easy to use. I have used it for 3 years of college now, and it has not caused me not one issue.

I have a 1,300 dollar mac book pro as well and I always catch myself grabbing for this one first. It’s super fast and the touchscreen is great overall 10/10 only thing I don’t like is the screen isn’t the clearest but the computer was only 400 bucks

This model has served me well. The speed is adequate for a backup laptop. Both the screen and speakers are okay. No complaints. At this price point this laptop exceeded my expectations. I'm 80 years old and have with HP laptops except on one occasion. I returned that laptop and went back to an HP.

Love my touch screen HP laptop. Easy to use although at times it is too sensitive and if your not paying attention you can be typing in the wrong spot. So far memory has been sufficient for all my school needs.

Great Computer. Bought in March of 23', still functionally working May of 25' with minor issues of lag and overheating from a few drops. Overall works wonders. Good for small gaming like Sims 4 with mods & cc, and Roblox. While also completing tasks at a college level.

My daughter’s HP Chromebook finally failed her so we decided to get her a new laptop for school/personal use. So far so good. It’s really too early to give a review in my opinion since it’s only been about 3 weeks but Best Buy keeps asking me to do a review so there’s that.

Bought this for my husband to use at work. He does mostly work reports and has not had any issues with the laptop. It isn’t anything fancy but is a great option if you need a simple laptop to do simple and everyday tasks. He really enjoys the touch screen as well!

I had my last HP laptop for 10 years. It was a Windows 8.1 and started following apart. I don't take change very well, so it will take a while to get used to this new W11 HP. But so far it seems ok.

I bought this for a friend who knows nothing about computers! It set up fast and works like magic keeping her organized. Can't go wrong with any HP product though so I expect it will be worth it's weight in gold! another great purchase from Best Buy

A decent laptop with a nice touch screen. Seriously hampered by a silver keyboard with thin black letters on silver keys, making it almost impossible to see the letter if you need to. A great value at the sale price I paid.

It is a decent laptop for what i got it for. I am a paramedic and instructor and i purchased it took use for training videos, keeping track of rosters, and maintianing other records. Good battery life and reslonsive screen i woukd recommend this latop
