I love my new laptop. The only feature I hate is that in order to download any software that is not in the store, the laptop has to be taken out of S-mode. S mode is a version of Windows 11 that's streamlined for security and performance, while providing a familiar Windows experience. To increase security, it allows only apps from Microsoft Store, and requires Microsoft Edge for safe browsing. I couldn’t even download LeapFrog Connect for my child’s reading device. I understand security, but it was just ridiculous. Once I took the laptop out of S-mode, the laptop has been great!!!

Great purchase for the price! We also saw that there was an open box item that saved us even more money. We also purchased the Best Buy plan so we have no worries about viruses or slow processing speed.

My 2 in 1 is awesome , my face looking at screen signs me in. The touchscreen allows me to use as a tablet, great for reading at night with the backlit keypad I do not have to turn on lights. Great value and price

The keys are louder than I am used to. I love the touchscreen feature. I needed an affordable laptop for school. This works perfectly. I did get rid of S-Mode as it prevented me from being able to download many things I needed for school.

I needed something quick, reasonable and efficient. Love the touch screen capability. I’m happy with my purchase.

I love my laptop! And I was happy that I could get it at a reasonable price because I don’t need a real high tech laptop. I just need the basics and the sales person was very helpful in that aspect of my choice.

This laptop is perfect for the money. The touch screen i a must for me. I like the it can go both ways. I don't feel like I can really give it a fair rating because I have never done much work with computers.

The laptop works great. It is touch and keyboard. Works and operates well.

I bought this computer after my previous laptop broke and I'm glad I did this laptop has provided me with great service and the touch screen is a nice touch too, would definitely recommend especially for beginners.

Great for online work. The touch screen makes work quicker and you don't have to worry about loosing the mouse pointer. Solid state hard drive allows for faster use of software and faster Internet response.

I like this computer because the screen and keys are large and easily viewed. It has a lot of features, many of which I haven't even learned how to use yet. I'm glad I ended up buying it because I almost didn't!

I needed a new laptop because I had my older one for quite a number of years and it was not up to the speed that I was needing for a new job training class. I am very pleased with the speed and reliability of this new laptop.

So far, so good. I'm enjoying my new computer. Speed is great. I did get a blue screen when turning it on recently. I hope this is not a flaw in the hardware. I've had it about six weeks now. Other than that, it seems like a really good computer. Big improvement from my old one.

Good computer. Purchased 2 of these for my kids. Uses are for simple tasks and pretty much all Microsoft Office programs. Handles multitasking well. Again, nothing too crazy. My kids liked the touch screen functionality.

Its a great size for watching and editing videos, has enough storage to store my video files and programs. Light weight, overall a good laptop! I would buy again.

I love my new HP Laptop. I can do my schoolwork now because it has windows 11 and Office. It’s also convent because it’s touch screen. I picked it up curbside within one hour of purchase

This is a good, affordable laptop. I like the touch screen and voice command capability. The keys are easy to use and don't make much noise. I do wish the keyboard was backlit, it's hard to see the keys in dim light.

Best purchase I’ve made this year great for school and work purposes would highly recommend it.
