My wife needed her e-mail, news, and ancestry work on a new laptop. This purchase met our expections and helped her with a better and clearer screen. The touch screen is far better than old laptop.

Excellent loading times, virtually no lag in any of the programs, and it’s design is perfect. I would recommend this laptop to any and all who want a great laptop for their work/entertainment.

Overall is a very solid Laptop for the price ($325 plus tax). Comes with a good processor, solid memory, ram and a good size with touch screen. Highly recommend as a get around computer for home.

Love this computer! Very fast to log on and shut down. Nice key board layout. However, key letters should be darker but a colored plastic key cover fixed that problem. Highly recommended!

An easy to use laptop with expensive features for a bargain price. Plastic case not an issue for me since I'll keep it on a desk. Easy to set up and I love the touch screen.

Best laptop I've ever purchased. Long running on battery life, lights up when it's dark (keyboard). I have not had ANY problems with this laptop.

Great Computer. Bought in March of 23', still functionally working May of 25' with minor issues of lag and overheating from a few drops. Overall works wonders. Good for small gaming like Sims 4 with mods & cc, and Roblox. While also completing tasks at a college level.

The screen is very clear and easy to read. The speed logging in and the web interface graphics are awesome. I plugged the Laptop into my wireless network, setup my HP printer and it was up and running.

I got this as a backup for the main tower computer and to take on trips. Ez to use and responsive for my needs. My only wish is for a backlight, but for the price I paid it was a good deal.

Got this for my mom to replace a vintage Gateway laptop and a wee little 11 inch Asus. She will have a newer faster easier machine to use.

For the price, you cannot beat this machine. My prior laptop unfortunately met an untimely death as a result of excessive exposure to moisture. I accidentally knocked a full cocktail over directly onto the keyboard. I needed something cheap to move the hard drive to from my old machine to see if the files were salvageable. Fortunately for me the hard drive was undamaged and the new HP did its job! As a note - I love the numeric keypad. My old machine didn't have that feature and I've quickly grown to love it!

The laptop works great. It is touch and keyboard. Works and operates well.

Other than getting used to something other than my Dell, I love it. I use it for managing my family tree research, email, etc. The touchscreen is great and I use it most often.
