For the price, you cannot beat this machine. My prior laptop unfortunately met an untimely death as a result of excessive exposure to moisture. I accidentally knocked a full cocktail over directly onto the keyboard. I needed something cheap to move the hard drive to from my old machine to see if the files were salvageable. Fortunately for me the hard drive was undamaged and the new HP did its job! As a note - I love the numeric keypad. My old machine didn't have that feature and I've quickly grown to love it!

What a fantastic deal this was. The screen size was perfect for the money, and the touch screen aspect was great. Bought it for my middle school aged son and he loves it!

The touch screen laptop was purchased from 2023 and I haven't experienced any issues. I used it for personal and work related task and it has been great.

Other than getting used to something other than my Dell, I love it. I use it for managing my family tree research, email, etc. The touchscreen is great and I use it most often.

The screen is very clear and easy to read. The speed logging in and the web interface graphics are awesome. I plugged the Laptop into my wireless network, setup my HP printer and it was up and running.

I love my lap top i can do anything you can do on a computer . i can see whole pages an not just parts . iam enjoying my laptop

I’ve been a Mac person for over 30 years & I still am. I needed a less expensive non Mac laptop and wanted a touch screen. It is a great choice. It has a ten-key setup, which I love.

Love my computer and the Greek service Best Buy offers as an older adult. I am not the computer savvy, but with the geek service I am able to get my answers.

Im not a computer wiz, I needed a new laptop I wasn't trying to pay a whole lot of monies for a laptop. It gets the job done for what I need it for. Overall im pleased.

This is an excellent machine. Fast and & precise. Starts up instantly. I really like it. But it's what I expected from HP. I replaced a 14 year old HP that is still working.

had an hp lab top before this model is a major update excellent quality and performance last model lasted 20 years with no problems i recommend to all who want a good dependable lab top.

The laptop is lightweight and just perfect for work and conferences. My favorite part is the keyboard, it’s soft and nice to touch. Can’t complain, it is beyond expectation for $299
