This pc is really fast, and i just love that! What I don't love, but I'm living with, is not a lot of storage space. I don't want to pay for cloud storage so I'm using an external hard drive.

This computer was for my mom to do college work with, it still works absolutely wonderful for her.

I love my laptop so far. I purchased it for school and I haven’t had any major issues. My only complaint is about the battery life. Even if I have it on battery saver, it drains fairly quickly if I’m doing work. The good thing is that it charges even quicker.

Nice laptop for a good price. Easy to setup and use right away. I wouldn’t go hiking with it, but for every day use around the home or office it’s a good buy.

Got it for my kids to use and they are enjoying it. It is a good beginner kid friendly laptop. My kids enjoy using it for Roblox.

Sale price was the key to purchasing this item for my grandson. He needed a computer for school.

The computer is fine with two draw backs. Because everything is the same color it makes reading the keys difficult, depending on the lighting. The other is that it doesn't want to pair with my older printer for full function. I can't scan with it. It tells me there are no drivers for my printer. I can print and copy, just not scan.

We bought 2 of these for our boys in middle school. They have been really good, no complaints so far,they are not the lightest but still good for the price

Always had HP laptops, so far this one has been great. The ease of use is one thing I love and the quality of the picture.

purchased as a graduation gift for my granddaughter. She will use it in school this fall and for her graphic drawing display. According to her it is just what she needed.

I was in a desperate need of a computer for a class i had to take. With my Mac lab top that went out on me I had to get something quick. So far, I love it. Did not realize it was touch screen. But overall, it fits my needs. I did have to spend a fortune on it.

Good purchase for the price, i mean you get what your paying for. If you just need something to get things done that you can't on a smartphone, this'll do it. Love the size of the screen and keyboard, and can't forget it's touch screen!

Easy to set up and love the touch screen, was packaged well and not long to go thru the set up, not a big gamer or downloader of things so perfect laptop to replace my old one

This is actually the best computer every. My son has the older version but I just had to buy the touch screen. I have nothing but good things to say. A MUST buy.

Very easy to transition from an 8 year old Toshiba laptop to the HP laptop. We're in our 70's and 80's so change is often times difficult. Not with this new laptop.
