The screen went BLACK & would not come back to life. We looked online at Best Buy and seen this HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i3 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD, called to make sure it was in stock. It was so we drove 79 miles one way to get it. It has been working just fine & Gloria is happy!!!
