Bought this on impulse and low price was attractive at the time. I would never tell anyone to purchase this computer. -The battery does not stay charged long always have to plug in - The screen is glossy and has glare - I like the touch screen ability but that’s about all - it does what I need but honestly still wish I purchased a Mac book - to basic and not great for long hours on computer - always have to plug in right in the middle of something i’m doing before it dies - it also gets hot very quickly

The keyboard is NOT LEGIBLE. I literally cannot read the keys. And without being able to use the keyboard, the laptop is unusable unless I buy an additional keyboard which puts me further from the screen. Very disappointed and incredible waste of precious scant funds. Store won't take it back even though I hadn't used it yet because I hadn't used it until two week return window had passed. Guess I'll have to sell it and apply anything I get for it toward a cheap laptop with a legible keyboard. HP has had complaints about this keyboard for years as evidenced by a quick internet search. Making consumers absorb the costs of a incredibly poorly designed product.

I’ve only used the laptop a month and I already am having problems. The laptop gets super hot and gets starts rn make a loud air noise. Also the screen just goes all black. I’m not able to return the laptop but if only has been 30 days. I wouldn’t recommend this laptop.
