    I have always bought HP because is a brand I trust. unfortunally this laptop started giving me problems after 4 months laptop was not charging I spent 3hrs with tech support and wanted to charge me $45 for media kit to install system again because warranty does not cover this, they where of no help, a you tube videos solved the problem for me. now im nervous this laptop will keep acting up. its a very great laptop if it works its fast, great resolution. and if it charges like it suppose to do then battery life last a long time.

    I love how fast it starts up. I never had a computer start so fast. Speakers are ok not great but acceptable for webinars. The videos look great, pictures are of excellent quality. The keyboard size is a perfect size. I would recommend this to anyone.
