Good Laptop; Great Value

My only criticism is that, while the silver keyboard looks great, in reality, the letters (numbers, grammatical characters, etc) are printed in a very thin style, making them seem almost gray. The result is that it is hard to see the keyboard characters in lower light.

It’s one of my favorites and I love the dual screen and the option to read things aloud for me as I am doing things with my children I’m still able to work and hear what I need to hear.

Does the job that it was purchased for. Small negative: the spacing between USB ports and between HDMI ports and USB C ports can be too close, Fatter drives and cables are too tight to fit and could not plug in. I bought a USB hub to solve that problem.

Daughter's happy, I'm happy.

A good investment for the price and the lack of complaints from my daughter is probably the best indicator of the functionality

Microsoft block of certain programs.

Webroot, and McAfee both would not download!

HP Laptops are STILL #1

Ironically, purchased new Chromebook to replace previous one due to screen blackouts. This HP IS THE BEST!!!! Used them in college and still a #1 Brand.

Good laptop pc, limited by Microsoft OS

The only gripe is with new Micrsoft operating system that blocks the user from downloading and installing programs that weren't acquired from the MS store! Really bad business. This can be resolved by calling MS customer service but it is such a hassle and an unfortunate decision.
