This is really great laptop! I’ve been able to work and do school on it with no issue what’s so ever!

Love this laptop! It’s the second one I’ve bought. I have had mine for three years and it gets a lot of use and my husband was just in the hospital so I bought him the same one. Both of us use it for googling, emailing, reading and watching movies.

It's nice, easily accessible and I enjoy using its many features.

Bought this laptop for my daughter's birthday. She really loves it. She says it's faster than her other laptop she had. Love the bigger screen and that it's touch screen.

I don’t write many reviews but this time I had to. I have always used HP computers but this time I was really surprised and disappointed that this computer just last me two hours with 100% charged. I use it for my zoom classes and there is nothing else that I use on this laptop except that and it literally last me only two hours after being charged for so many hours. I am really really disappointed. Quality is good but the battery life really really sucks

My old Lenovo laptop was a great machine but after 13 years it finally gave up the ghost. I had retired and didn’t need the power and features of the old machine so this HP was perfect for my needs, surfing the web and running a few specialty programs for my hobbies (chess and astronomy).

Good basic laptop for students or older ones to use.

Spent less than 20 minutes in the outlet store and had help finding a great PC for my needs at an excellent price. Anyone not afraid of open box goods should spend some time checking them out.

I bought this laptop to have a dedicated place to watch videos recorded to an external hard drive. It works great! The sound is loud enough. There is a USB port for the EHD and another for my mouse. The screen is large enough and the images are sharp. The price was low. And unlike some HP computers I've owned, it doesn't take a long time to boot up.

This computer works so nice! My daughter is on in non stop and tells me the graphics for her gameplay is amazing. She needed a computer that would withstand the amount of storage that she needed and this laptop did just that!

Laptop is reliable for school, work,and other errands. However, I’ve had mine for a year and it is already lagging.

Great work laptop. Light, fast, gets the job done. Only thing it lacks is 1080 resolution (maxs out at 1366 x 768.)

Ive brought alot of labtops and i must say i really like this one. Im able to do my day to day home office and go to school as well. The storrage is good and this is one i needed to keep my small business going.
