The laptop works fine so far with no issues. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is the color resolution is not as vibrant as expected. The color resolution distorts the actual color and appears dull. Other than that it’s a great laptop for the price.

Product and support setting it up exceeded my high expectations. Especially the Geek Squad. My first personal home PC was the Compaq 35 lb 7" green screen luggable so I have been around them for a while.

I am ecstatic! This laptop is great for me! Its capacity is perfect for personal and informal use (not work-related). I prefer a Windows laptop/computer. Dealt with a Chromebook for a couple of years and disliked it a lot.

Good BUT I don't recommend to anybody this laptop, screen is not good / this laptop is not quick performer and specially for coding peoples I suggest minimum i5 and 500 gb storage . Please INVEST money for better future don't negotiate here

I resently had a Dell laptop mother board die and i really needed a new computer and i looked at all reviews and found this HP computer. No problems, easy to set up, i will never go back to dell!

Good for college or simple computer work. Not durable for heavy work from home or someone who wants to run pcs fast.

Everything turned out perfectly with this item. The Best Buy staff person was very attentive and helpful. I have only had it for a short time, but look forward to using it full-time in the next several months.

It’s a good starter computer for college/highschool students. However, it has a short battery life which is could be an inconvenience. Also, downloading apps, in the beginning, can be a little difficult.

So far it is okay. When I first got it it was working very fast, but now it is slowing down a bit. I don't know if it is because of applications and such, but I hope it doesn't get any slower. I have just had this computer for a couple of weeks, so time will tell what happens.

It has been easy to adapted finding my way around everything I needed. I thought it was gonna be hard trying to learn a new windows but I adjusted just fine and seems that it took no time understand my new laptop!

The laptop works very well for my girlfriend it does exactly what we needed for such as for collage homework edits videos very well and somewhat playing games

Thia laptop is amazing! super clear screen and the pen works flawlessly. Just acount for the fact there are no usb plug ins they are all like the c-charger so you need a adapter

Purchased for my wife for basic productivity software usage and video conferencing. Has been very good for that since it's purchase a month or two ago. Would be nice to have a back lit keyboard.

The keyboard letters and numbers are barely visible. Any chance I can place a cover keyboard with darker and more visible letters and numbers. I am over 60 and my eyesight even with glasses makes this laptop difficult.
