This computer is an excellent product that I like and It's serving me so much. I can keep going forward with my studies and also, to keep applying for better jobs that I have been applying.

This computer performs as expected for an i3 with 8 GB of ram. Just perfect for everyday browsing and e-mail. This was purchased for an older individual and she loves it. Boots up in 35 seconds with the SSD.

I have had some problems with this computer. About once a week, for the first 3 or 4 weeks there were wrinkles that had to be out the worked out, But the Geek Squad was there to help. If it wasn't for the help I would still be looking for a computer

This has been a great laptop for my needs. The only complaint would be that the battery no longer holds a charge, but it may be because I keep it plugged in too much.

Perfect laptop for use. I use it occasionally for minor documents. It doesn’t have a lot of memory so not good if you want to play games but awesome for use of internet and small documents.
