Nice computer, especially for the price. I didn’t need a computer that did much or had a lot of memory, it’s perfect for this retiree who just needs access.

We had a very helpful and friendly salesman find what we needed and wanted , and the Geek Squad got everything transferred from our old laptop and setup our new one.

great pc. downsized windows 11 home less apps and files loaded for faster operation. would have given a 5 star rating but only downside is the battery very difficult to replace compared to prior hp I had.

So far, So good. I didn't like that McAfee virus protection comes loaded on computer, don't like or trust McAfee or Norton.

I love the computer it does everything that I needed to do and has enough space

This Laptop is freaking amazon!!! If you are gamer? or if you need laptop for work at home this the one for you!!! I recommend never had a problem with it.

I’ve had my laptop for exactly a year today and it’s still working great after dropping it once haha.

It's okay, nothing fancy. Basic specs, have had some random reboots here and there. The display is mid, literally a 720p display but oh well. It works for my mother in-law who I got it for to browse the web, pay bills and watch some vids. Battery is just okay as well. Wouldn't of bought it but she was really missing her laptop, accidentally broke her previous one, this was the only one in stock at the time and in her price range. She's pleased with it. There's better speced out laptops in this range.

Laptop has been great. Has everything I wanted in order to do school work. It's a bit heavier than I anticipated but that's even been ok.

I use this for college and It does all I need. Im able to get all my class assignments done while searching the internet & use power points all at once.

The overall interaction at my Best Buy store was a pleasant one. Of course We will let neighbors and friends know. We will be back for more in the future.

Good laptop, my only issue is battery life. I seem to have to charge it frequently. With little use.

This laptop is perfect for my needs. It is not lightning fast, but I use it mainly for work and some online shopping, so it doesn't need to be.

Been a great laptop! Was able to work from home with an Ethernet adapter and connect an older vga monitor to it!

Love the quality, without this i wouldnt be able to finish my work with the finantial services! Thank you!

Decent computer. Great computer for someone just needing the basics and not needing to run large or multiple programs at a time. Overall not a bad computer.
