Exactly what I needed for my remote job. No problem passing technical requirements for work at home jobs and great addition to my business and personal space.

I got this when it was on sale. My dog chewed up my last one and i wanted one like it. This is a really good laptop. Doesnt overheat much.

It's been good so far with the exception of a constant phone ringing (after I used a work app to make and receive phone calls). Once I shut the computer down and installed recommended updates, the problem was resolved.

Great little laptop but make sure you take it out of s mode if you want to download and non Microsoft apps.

Price vs performance well worth it. Easy to carry on vacation, no mouse needed with touch-screen.

I needed a second laptop just for PowerPoint presentations and Excel. I didn't want to spend a fortune, and the HP was a good value that has worked well.

Great machine for not a lot of money. It replaced my five year old Lenovo Celeron Win 10 mini-tower and holy *** ! Not the fastest or lightest or any or other est but I can't say anything bad about this machine.

Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter "usually" stays connected to the router, however, when it drops, it takes me 10-15 minutes to get the computer reconnected. I follow all steps recommended and finally, at some point, it reconnects. Should not be this difficult. I can also connect via ethernet cable and that works perfectly and always stays connected. Also, when powering up the computer after being off for 1-2 days, it doesn't recognize the router, and again, it takes about 10-15 minutes to finally get connected via wifi.

Great laptop for a decent price for our college kid. Best Buy had it on sale a few days later & were awesome with handling a refund of the difference (about $120!). Great customer service as well

I love my new computer. It’s a bit of a learning curve for me with Windows 11. But I love the speed as it boots up and moves between programs. Great buy.

It’s a great computer for the just browsing and playing on the web.

Good size keyboard with larger buttons. The only thing I don't like is it being all silver it is hard to see the keyboard (wish the buttons would light up)

Good start up speed. Still learning where everything is and all of the nuances of personalization. Battery doesn't last as long as I feel it should.

It meets my computing requirements at about the price I expected to pay. The only negative is that the keys are not easy to read in low light levels.

Works great for remote work. I am able to utilize company VPN with this laptop rather easily

I have been an HP fan for a while. I started with PC with a 386 SX and have had every version of the WinTell combos created since MS Dos 3.0

I love the ease of the laptop between the keyboard and the touch screen. The laptop is super lightweight and easy to travel with.

bought this for my mother as a gift and she said that it has been working well for her. always good to have a warranty
