    I have purchased other HP laptops, BUT this one is definitely the worst model. It’s not worth the money. Within four months of my purchase the fan went out. The battery life is short. Also I do a great deal of word processing. I specifically bought this laptop for that reason. The annoying flaw: the cursor jumps around when I begin to type or as I am typing. It switches postions. For example, it jumps to another completely different paragraph as I type. So I end up unnecessarily correcting typewritten work. Also, the same problem occurs when working a crossword puzzle, it changes its position as you type in letters. This is a poor quality laptop.

    Computer works well for most occasions. Great sound great picture. However the microphone experience was not so good the drivers needed to be updated and still didnt work - during an important video meeting no less.
