    Chose too large a screen size. Returned because of this issue. I am seeking a smaller apple laptop.

    Not a big fan of HP laptops but my client wanted a 17" at a reasonable price. This seemed like the best out there. No complaints. it performs well. Hard to beat if these specs are what you're looking for.

    I purchased this laptop and was supposed to receive $20 reward certificate. The certificate was posted to an old card and I have unsuccessfully attempted to transfer to new card. I have made a purchase with new card and have not been able to use certificate. Truly disappointed!!

    I returned it, all was good except for the keyboard. The white lettering on the light grey keys was impossible to see for me. If not for that I would have kept it because it was a nice laptop otherwise
