Fan makes noise, BB wont help and HP wont help. I only bought it in October 2024! Been on the phone for over three hours today and no one speaks English that you can understand.

Removed virus, is good. When transferred info to new computer took out google. Was near impossible to get it back where all my accounts are. Best Buy has no land line. Not good for tech challenged people like me. Microsoft is not easy to navigate.

Lab top is ok. Using for home office use. For some reason could not connect to wifi after using computer the whole day. After I shut it down for a few hours logged back in and no internet but all other devices were signed into wifi. Had to restart to reconnect. Also every time I start up the device num lock starts to go crazy and flickers between on and off. Most annoying thing to deal with.

The keyboard has no illumination makes it unusable in anytime but a daylight type environment

Laptop is good for what I need but wish the battery would last a little longer. If you are looking for a simple computer this will work.

Just bought new. When you close the lid for the night and open lid in the morning, the laptop is hot and the screen is black and does not wake up. This is a sleep mode/hybernation problem right out of the box. Geek Squad kept it for 3 days but cannot figure out a fix or what is causing this. HP should have a soulution for this but apparently they don't?????

It's a great laptop, a great screen. But I could not get it to work with my 3 monitors

I would really like to say that i like this laptop but i can’t… the App Store on this laptop is no good it doesn’t allow me to download the apps that i want but instead gives alternative apps which is not the same.. i plan to replace this device very soon

The keyboard has a malfunction. After a certain amount of time, the keyboard will just stop working until I restart the computer. I've had this computer since Oct. 3, 2024 and this started happening right at the point where I can't return it for a refund.

The Realtek RTL8852BE network adapter in this laptop is absolute garbage. It constantly disconnects from wifi. There are many forums discussing this network card including on the HP website. None of the altered settings, power management, driver updates, etc. helped the issue. Do your homework!

I am not able to download zoom or chrome due to computer is in S mode. My num lock for 10key doesn’t work. This is why I buy 17inch.

its Not compatible with a ps5. Your UBS C port is for CHARGING ONLY. Microsoft word is not included the volume is too low.

I would not by from Best Buy again. Purchase has been a nuisance right from the beginning . Missing visual information that should have been in the box. So sorry I bought a HP M

Good but cpu fan has loud noises. Some times hang.

Absolute garbage assembly. I used this ten times before the mouse got completely stuck in the clicking position. Absolutely unable to use it when it’s constantly clicking down. This is getting returned asap because it will just continue to have defects like this, I’m sure. Don’t waste your time trying to get a low cost laptop, they’re trash.

Buyers beware. You'd best purchase or pick up in store. If any issues occur where your delivery gets taken to the wrong location or lost in transit Best Buy will give you (the customer) a bunch of mumbo jumbo about contractor liability and refuse to honor any refund or replacement.

It has had a oribjem since day one. It highlights copies moved things. Horrible. But not all the time. So when I ask a repair guy to fix it, they can’t see what is happening.

Did not work out if the box. Bought for a Christmas gift very disappointed bith the giver and the receiver of the gift. Junk!!!
