I love this HP laptop it is so much faster than my old one and brighter, I just get a credit on it as well i saw that it is on the deal of the day so i want to the chat room and we worked it out. they were very good to chat with. I bought this for grad school and I’m pleasantly surprised with the quality so far. I’ve only had it for about a month but it does everything I need it to do and for a really low price compared to other laptops. I needed something effective on a budget and this was it!

I love this laptop. It's the perfect size for me. I can accomplish everything I need to. One thing I would change is putting a disc drive on it. Otherwise it's great!

This was a Christmas gift to my spouse. Surprisingly he did all the set-up including anti virus and other apps. He was up and operational within no time. This was a replacement laptop as his previous HP died after many years. He does not do any gaming mostly research, II am hoping to upgrade him to 32GB of Ram by the summer and pass this one on to a grandchild. This is the gift that will keep giving.

I've punched the B in the screen & keyboard numerous times, dropped it a couple, and have been able to do all my needed college stuff without any damage. It's durable, It's cheap, if you need to get basic work done on the go, probably buy this one, if you can't get something similar for less.

We purchase this new HP laptop 17', because my old Apple laptop would not let me download TurboTax software. This HP laptop had speed and saved us money and time. I recommend this product for business purposes.

I bought this from the Best Buy Outlet (refurbished) & I LOVE it! I have used this on a daily basis for school work, studying, personal browsing, watching movies, pretty much ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING!

I bought this because i wanted a larger screen and i've been very happy with the quality of the screen and the speed of the laptop so far, so hopefully it lasts for a few years since most laptops seem to be disposable lately

I bought this computer because my son started home school. It was the best decision. I love this computer and so does my son. Its nice with a big screen would buy again.

Was wary about using Windows 11 after being on Windows 10 for years, but it is pretty easy to navigate. Like it so much we bought one for my husband the next day!
