The HP laptop is performing very well. Things sure speeded up when I replaced a 10 year old laptop. Biggest disgusting situation is that Microsoft works very hard to prevent us from adding products like Word Perfect and Google. They are control freaks.

As an older person, I love the big screen. I do not need a lot of power to run what I need to, so I can't speak to that. Works for me and a great value.

I bought it for my basic daily tasks like pay bills and check my email but it turns out i can do some light gaming on it. Screen is nice and big and the brightness looks good.

works as advertised, just seens a little slow to start up, but compared to my old HP it is blazing..finish is kinda bright, old one was black, I like it so far,,good product

One of the nicest laptop's I've ever set up for someone. Worked great (after I took it out of "S" mode") Everything a non-tech person could want on a laptop. Light and easy to see.

The hp computer is good, but customer service at the store where we bought it and a $40 mouse sucks! I would recommend this computer but not from Best Buy

Bought this for an elderly parent to download and organize digital pictures and surf the web. Works great for what we bought it for! Large screen and easy keyboard.

It does what it supposed to do. It runs faster than my old computer. I’ve had so much fun exploring and playing on it even just surfing the web. It’s a great computer.

Needed a new laptop for work. I did my research & this one fit the bill. Great price & loving the screen size, 17.3” HD, brilliant color along with everything else it brings.

Very fast, good memory. My one complaint is the ON/POWER button is in the middle of the keyboard and directly next to the DELETE key. As a result, I've turned it off twice trying to delete a word. Otherwise, all good.

I bought the HP Laptop for my daughter , it was a Christmas gift, she absolutely loves it and it was a great price at $299.00, I would definitely recommend it
