Bought for my father-in-law for him to take over the road in between job sites as he is a contractor that travels. Perfect computer to pack up to hit the road and to view blueprints.

Bought a new HP and I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Had an Asus prior to that and it served its purpose but my new computer is more than I could have expected.

Opening up my new laptop made me happy! It has a sleek look and simple design. Screen size is perfect and im ready to get school started. Best buy had the best price and i couldnt turn away.

I love my laptop! I'm glad I waited so long to buy one. I love the features and large screen. The price was great also. I use it for music, work and my grandson watching Spiderman.

I do think the purchase of this laptop was a great value and a Best Buy. I am very satisfied , it has a good size screen and I like the keyboard. Highly recommended and worth a good look at this laptop.

The laptop is exactly what I needed. It only gets light use, mostly for schoolwork for my children and accessing Google Drive, email, etc. It works as expected and the screen is nice and large too!

I’ve been using this computer for over a year and a half now. For the most part it’s been a very good computer and a workhorse. The only thing I really do not like about it is the silver keyboard. Even though it lights up, it’s very hard to see. I wish I would’ve got a black one.

Works perfectly fine, fast and reliable for my school work.

As an older person, I love the big screen. I do not need a lot of power to run what I need to, so I can't speak to that. Works for me and a great value.

The HP laptop is performing very well. Things sure speeded up when I replaced a 10 year old laptop. Biggest disgusting situation is that Microsoft works very hard to prevent us from adding products like Word Perfect and Google. They are control freaks.

Really happy with thid laptop. HP has always been my favoritr and i snagged this great deal. Absolutely easy to set up. Easily transferred dics from my previous laptop.

I bought it for my basic daily tasks like pay bills and check my email but it turns out i can do some light gaming on it. Screen is nice and big and the brightness looks good.

works as advertised, just seens a little slow to start up, but compared to my old HP it is blazing..finish is kinda bright, old one was black, I like it so far,,good product

The hp computer is good, but customer service at the store where we bought it and a $40 mouse sucks! I would recommend this computer but not from Best Buy

Very fast, good memory. My one complaint is the ON/POWER button is in the middle of the keyboard and directly next to the DELETE key. As a result, I've turned it off twice trying to delete a word. Otherwise, all good.
