    We had to return the first HP laptop because the keyboard would not work. We brought it home still in the box. In less than 24 hours we returned to Best Buy. They immediately accepted the defective laptop - we took the second purchase to the Geek Squad department - the technician completed the initial setup. We are very pleased with the return and setup policy. Thanks to Best Buy and Geek Squad.

    This is a fine and spacious laptop. It has USBC but is still powered by an older style power cord. There is no ethernet port.
