You would expect 1080p resolution but comes pixalated. Also within a month computer starter turning on by itself during night time. this occurred few times. windows firewall and defenses are on minus the suggested McAfee.

Hae to reconnect wireless on boot, but believe that can be worked. The screen does have somewhat of a glare in daylight. Other that this is a great value for the money.

I do wish the keyboard was back-lit, as I have trouble seeing the keyboard due to eye issues. My other laptop was back-lit and I loved it. I just failed to make sure this one was.

It works perfectly and the graphics are great. This laptop is ver versatile. He completes his homework and can also play Roblox with his Xbox controller. He really loves!

Referring to a question below ... It is a new computer, so how can I say something about the life of the battery.

SSD and a large screen and under $500? That's what you want for your people. I have 4 and they work great for the staff. look good and work fine.

A big screen & some glaring performance issues

It is big, but it's slow and the screen is too washed out. You can't upgrade the ram, it's soldered to the motherboard so this is as good as it will ever get, fair to poor. I don't recommend at any price. I returned it.

The only thing I would change is it would be a touch screen also. The last one I had was. I didn't realize this one wasn't until I got it home. It is a really nice item. The price was good too.
