So far, so good fingers crossed. It has crashed twice but I'm running a big video editing software. All in all it's doing what I ask it to do.

The person who sold the laptop was very helpful and then sent me to the geek squad and they set up my new laptop and fixed my old one. They were also very courteous and helpful with getting in touch with me.

Somewhat difficult to set up at first. Came with Windows 11 setup in S mode, unable to download anything except from the Microsoft store. Found a work around on the internet to disable S mode, then was able to install apps I needed and had already paid for. Easy to use, great display.

Simple to complete whole process online. I compared several laptops, set up payment, & picked up at store near me within hours after my computer stopped working. Easy & simple

Bought for son he seems to be enjoying it. He is into games and the graphic card helps him to plays games better. He plays games a lot so this was a bonus.

My experience with the geeks department was as good as it comes. The turnaround time in handling my laptop was excellent. And I am enjoying my new laptop and all of its features!

We have been using it for a couple weeks and we have had no issues with it. It is running well. We are using it in a business setting so it does well in this setting.

had a few problems at first with the internet shutting off all the time and had to reset the network everyday. i took it in now it's working. so now I love it

Kenneth Drabik did not purchase this, Stephen Benzo bought and paid for this laptop. Thanks for changing the terms of Totaltech, that only made setting it up that much more difficult. The laptop is a fine, basic model. So far, so good, there are no issues.

I am very happy with new laptop. One does not want Intel core processor. Computer was purchased to take on extended trip to Spain. So glad I have it with me. Similar computer costs double in Spain.

It actually is a very good piece of equipment. It has all the functions needed for household impartial business use. I think I made a very good choice in this laptop.

Very pleased with this laptop. If there are any negatives it would be the hard drive size. Wecwill get by with the 750gb solid state hard drive though.

We have only used the laptop for a short period of time and enjoy it. The geek agent that set it up did a great job It will get more use when we are in Florida from December thru end of March.

Don’t know what to rate it,haven’t had a lap yop in years,turned this on and have no clue what I’m doing it looks nice, good picture,other than that i have no idea if it’s good or not.
