    Great product except for the software on it, Microsoft it try's to trick you into signing up for recurring charges. antivirus ect.

    Just bought this machine because I had great luck with my two previous HP 17.3" Inspirons. This laptop looks great, big keyboard, and responsive touchpad but the colors and resolution of the display are horrible. Took it to Geek Squad to assist in resolving the washout issues that I felt may have been tied to Windows 11 or the AMD processor. They tried. No luck. I had purchased the Best Buy Membership. I may need to return it.
