    I brought this HP 17.3 new at Best buy for the large 17 inch screen and affordability. I had to return this laptop because the screen kept turning black every 2 to 3 minutes of use and I had to close and open my laptop screen in order for the display to turn back on. I spent hours with HP customer service. A big problem is this laptop is on Microsoft S mode, so I could not share my screen. So they had to call me for a one way video chat. We tried a system reset. It did not work. After that, they told me buy a USB from best buy and reinstall Windows. That when I decided to return the laptop because it was too much effort and I was within my return window. I would've exchange the laptop and see if it was just the laptop i received or overall HP 17.3 issue. However, the store didn't have the laptop in stock and I would had to wait for a week for the laptop.

    Overall, easy to use, easy to set up and I like it. It is working out great so far. Screen is easy to read. Much more user friendly than the Chromebook.
