    Granted, this was an "open box" item but listed as "excellent" condition. It was in "excellent" condition, HOWEVER, the WiFi radio kept dropping out or failed to connect frequently, which is probably the reason it was returned in the first place. After contacting BestBuy CS, I was directed to return to the store, so we drove 30 minutes one way only to find out that the Manager couldn't issue a return/refund even though it was within the return time period. System insisted it was beyond the return time but my online account/receipt clearly showed 2-days remaining for return/refund. I finally realized that I paid using PayPal, which may have been the reason for the return issue. After wasting time going to the physical store, I returned home, logged into my BestBuy account and was easily able to request and print a return label. Currently in transit and waiting for a full refund due to defective WiFi...

    Had to take out of s mode to be able to do what was needed for. More usb ports would be helpful. Really wish optical drives were still a thing.
