    Was in need of a computer quickly--big mistake! Did not do any research. Price was good, $299, but what I didn't realize was the hassle of setting it up. It seems that HP requires that you set up a Microsoft account in order to use the computer. I didn't want to do that but was forced to in order to do anything on the computer. After all that, I went to install my printer. Microsoft said it wasn't an approved printer and that I needed to go to their store to get one of their apps. Totally frustrating. The printer worked fine on my other computer (Dell). The only thing wrong with my less than 1 year old Dell was that I accidently shut the lid with something on the keyboard and cracked the screen. Once I was able to use the HP (headache) computer, I found ways around the Microsoft issue on You Tube. I would advise anyone to avoid this aggravating problem by choosing something other than HP. I know I won't make that mistake again!
