Not even 1080 quality. keyboard feels nice and has the 10-key layout. would be better if it was backlight though. fan sounds a little loud with just basic browsing

Images are not sharp and clear, keeps locking up and speed is fairly slow! I have purchased 2 previous HP laptops and this one really doesn't meet the quality of the two previous ones. Somewhat disappointing.

Pretty low quality computer

(1) The screen is very low quality, very bright and looks very washed out. (2) Was not able to install Chrome, because this Laptop comes with Windows in S mode. I was not able to remove that S mode following instructions from Microsoft (kept saying "Failed to switch out of S Mode"). I'm sure it is possible to switch out of S-Mode but I didn't want to spend any more time, especially when I really didn't like the screen. Giving 2 stars because it is pretty cheap ($300), but for me even at that price it was not worth it.

My old HP lap-top was easier to navigate and this new one is loaded with too much Microsoft crap .

Very pixelated

Seems like a 15 year old laptop instead of a new one. I returned the first one and Best Buy was great about it but the issues I have with the first one are the same as the new one so the model is just not a great one.
