This computer did not last long only one month purchase and one day stop working.

The computer does what it's supposed to do. It works well but doesn't offer anything fancy.

Good for minimal work which is why I purchased. Keyboard feels like it won’t last long. Typical windows speed.

I give 3 Star because don't have DVD / CD burner on description show have many USB. , not true . Other is ok ,

It worked ok but you can not play any games on it. It was very heavy as well.

After owning an Apple product, I find this computer difficult to operate.

wouldn't know, they took my money and didn't have the laptop. Then canceled the purchase but didn't start the refund process. after a month with no refund, I called in, got hung up on and disconnected before finally finding the most shocked CSR ever. had to pay interest on a product i was never in possession of with no attempt to correct the problem from Best Buy. Would not recommend

Changes to Microsoft 11 too extensive for me to like.

Wish it was pointed out there is only one USB port

Had to pay a private phone tech to eliminate the S-Core version of Windows 11 that comes PRE-SET on this computer so that I could make ESSENTIAL changes. Best Buy tech did not even mention that might be an issue! Very deceptive.

Speakers are terrible. Irritating and difficult to hear. Screen size and picture are good.

Everything about this laptop was probably 4 or 5 stars strong. . . .except for the screen. It was too light, there was not enough contrast. It was like there was a haze over the screen. It was too hard to see light gray, cream, pastel colors next to a white color. It brought the whole laptop down to a 1 star. I had to return it because of this.

I guess the HP Laptop is ok, I don’t know because I never opened it & returned to the Port Charlotte, FL store. The problem is even with a return receipt Best Buy is still trying to charge me because the idiots credited the return to someone else’s account not mine or the Best Buy Card I purchased it with. Beware, it sounds like a inside scam to make someone else pay for their merchandise. I’ve now has to open a dispute with the credit card Citi Bank. NOTE: I returned this one day after it was delivered to me & that was in October !

There is no obvious way to even power this unit on. No power switch of any kind on sides or on the desk top of the unit

I got it a good price but not worth it at any price beyond $300. I bought it to type papers and search the internet (research). Don’t get it for anything beyond that.

I was not told this computer. Was limited to buying from Microsoft only I do not want a laptop that is. Control by Microsoft

I've had it for 2 months and it already has a problem. Have to take it in to Best Buy to see if they can fix it.

Very disappointed with this computer. The screen has already went out. They only give me 30 days to return. On an item like this there should be a longer return window or be able to replace the item. This was a Xmas gift for my wife.
