I love the computer. But I was in chat or live contact with the store for at least 4 hours over the span of 3 days concerning the provided anti-virus software. I could not get the help I needed with the online chat. If I wanted the "Geek Squad" members to help me, they would charge a minimum fee. I feel they should have fixed this issue for free. It ended up being an easy fix. But I had to change the settings on my computer. Not good customer service at all. On the bright side, when I returned my initial purchase (again the software given did not work), I did purchase the same computer $50 cheaper since it was one sale!!

Nice computer. Basic laptop. Has good speed. I lile the bigger screen. Wish they put a card reader in it. Itdose everything i need to do.

Love it,it was very easy to setup. Love the pictures, colors and quality. Love the fact it would tell me if i misspelled a word.

I thought AMD3 may not as good as i3 but I am wrong. This CPU is fast than i3. 17‘3“ screen make the work much easier when need a large screen.

I needed a new computer because my old desktop will not run the new softwares coming out. I saw this HP laptop for sale, $600 off from the list price with a ton of power, memory and speed. I use this to run my Quickbooks, day trade, email and a few other basic things. It is incredibly fast and efficient. It will do way more than I need and it was easy to copy all my programs and data and upload in seconds. A great deal, NOBODY HAD THIS PRICE!!

I Love my lap top. The screen is huge. I dont have any problem with seen what Im doing. It’s also easy to manuver

My computer would not power on- so I needed one quick! This machine was just the ticket. It fit the bill with speed, USB ports, and numerical pad. No CD/DVD drive, so installing older software a challenge if you're not tech savvy. No extra bells and whistles, like backlit keyboard or touch screen. It got the job done, and was on clearance. Will use this as my backup, and probably for video editing/uploading. Great machine for the price!

I purchased this laptop to use dir school but also to have a backup computer for work when my system needs to replaced. This system has exceeded my expectations. Has a large screen, system doesn’t lag and has served its purpose both for school and work.

Used the Best Buy help to find a computer that would fit my needs. This HP was one that fit my needs and was offered at a good price. I have been using it often since its arrival and it has worked very well. HP computers have worked well for me in the past and this one is no exception. Startup is quick and the screen resolution is very good. Battery life is also good.

Best bang for the buck I was able to find. I love this thing. Only thing I need to do is add more ram.

So far so good, HP always does a solid product, The computer has a great value, and the screen size is nice. Also, the computer is pretty lightweight.

Was a gift. It has a large screen, good picture and volume. Easy to navigate. Setup by herself(11yr old).

Fast and display are great for the price. Would recommend if looking for inexpensive laptop
