I like this computer, have had a Lenovo, all my life. In comparison it is a tie between the two. Couldn't download the free antivirus that came with the computer. Other than that, great choice.

Good product, was an open box item, the sales rep made sure everything was in the box as described and no info was left on the computer

Purchased this laptop for school, it has been a great purchase and has all the capabilities needed for school

We have needed a laptop for some time. We vacationed in Portugal, and it was nice to have the laptop. It is perfect to supplement our home computer. Marty C.

I will say that performance is pretty snappy and it is a decent value for the money- my biggest issue with it is the display, the viewing angles are not the best, and it tends to wash out very easily unless you have it at the optimal angle, being a notebook, you have to continue adjusting. At the price point though, I think it is decent enough to pass. The keyboard is also giving me a bit of a hard time getting used to, I think it is because it is offset to the left (don't get me wrong, I do appreciate the number pad)- overall I feel lukewarm about the product and value proposition.

Purchased this item when I saw it was available on the internet. You had one left and I'm glad I moved quickly! I was lucky to get it and I'm happy I did!

I absolutely love this purchase for my daughter and she uses it for school and work. I would purchase this item again from Best Buy ONLY!

Works well and meets my needs perfectly as I primarily use it for word processing and writing and for internet use. I have had an HP laptop for years and it has been very dependable, thus I bought another one.

the computer is great but windows 11 stinks. Cannot get my old apps to run. Hoping the geek squad can help me.

Good basic laptop, which is all I really need. It's taken me awhile to get used to not having a touch screen, but that's a me issue.

This is not top of the line nor bottom but great for the average user who just wants to surf the internet/do a few basic things in Microsoft Office. Not the best battery life, average screen brightness but is good enough for what I use it for.

Once I had made my needs know to the Sales Rep., he guided me to the 2 best choices that would meet my needs making my decision very simple and easy.

What a great laptop. Having a nvme already wow. Don't let the i3 concern you it is powerful.
